Hi hello howdy,I go by Dog online, I'm a 27 year old guy living in the UK + right now I do commissions full time!I'm a big fan of being offline + I'm also the main carer for a family member who is very unwell so at times I can take a while to respond to DMs etc, but I do my best to check all my messages atleast once a week. Commissions get replied to whenever I have updates.Outside of art I like to box and I'm a trained chef, I recently left my resturant job due to my family needs taking presidence and the hours being too high to reliably be able to do both.I spend alot of my free time at the gym or in my kitchen, I really like sonic the hedghog and horror moviesWhile I am constantly in awe and grateful for all the support I get I am often overwhelmed by being super social etc + in all truth I am just some guy online, please don't be weird with me
Commission Prices
My commissions are usually open 1-3 times in a month, I post about openings on both Bluesky and Twitter the night before I plan to open + then again with info on the day I open slots.Recently I've found YCHS to be easier to maintain while not burning out so I'll often be working on YCHS in place of standard commission slots.I'm currently using Ko-fi as a hub for taking commissions, Its super streamlined and helps me keep all my information about comms in one place, however I will also take commissions through invoices via paypal!
Stars, lines, halftone and painty effects can be added to any type of commission besides reference sheets & traditional work, with no extra cost :)
All commissions bar references & traditional will come with one file with background and one transparent file, +transparent and background versions of any effectsAdditional characters / couple art prices depend on individual artworks, please enquire directly

By commissioning me you are acknowledging that you have read and agree with the following terms of agreement, these are subject to change.

General Terms
-I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission.-I reserve all rights to the artwork I create. Clients have the right to use their commissioned work on personal items and for personal use.
I do not offer commercial use of my work, I will not take commissions for commercial purposes.-Clients may not claim my work as their own, recolour /draw on or over / republish the work in any way or remove my watermark / signature.-I do not offer my works to be used as NFTs.-I do not give consent for my
artwork to be used to train AI in any way.

Payments and Refunds
-All payments must be made up front, I will not start on your work until I have received payment.-All payments are taken via PayPal and will be sent via invoice or made direct through Ko-fi sales, my currency is GBP-In the event I cancel a commission in progress I will arrange with the client a full or partial refund, this will be done on a case to case basis.-Failure to pay / commission termination; if the commissioner fails to provide payment within a designated time window and does not contact me to resolve this our contract will be dissolved. I reserve all rights to any artwork created prior to billing.-If the commissioner requests a refund and I have not started their artwork I will provide a full refund. If the artwork has been started I will provide a 50% refund, if the artwork is finished no refunds will be given.

Commission Process, Edits + Reference Material
- Every artist has a different way they do commission work, personally the way I work is with minimal updates, that doesnt suit everyone which I understand, if this is an issue please let me know and I'll make a note to send you more updates.
More info on my process can be found HERE-If you've previously bought art from me and since have changed an aspect of your character or would like the art updated somehow I am happy to discuss this for no to minimal fees, but I respectfully ask you don't make edits to my artwork yourself- Visual reference of your character is a must, if you do not have a designated reference sheet thats totally fine and I'm happy to work off art you do have, but I would strongly advise even just colouring a base with your characters markings for ease of commissioning. Theres tonnes of free and reasonably priced bases online + they are a brilliant tool for character creation and references!-If your reference sheet is not up to date or an aspect of your character has changed please let me know! Even if you just message to say "hey the tongue isnt pink anymore like the reference, its actually blue now, the same blue as the inner ears" thats totally fine + I can work with that, please communicate any additional info I might need if its not on the references you provide.-I am happy to work with other art for references if they are provided to me, I.e. "I really like this pose, or expression" but I will not recreate another artist's work + Any reference provided in this instance will be used as loosely as possible. For example if the pose is sitting crossed legged I will do that in my own style, It will not be a 1for1 copy of the exact pose..
-Making sure the art is correct to how you want it is important to me, please dont hestitate to request multiple changes to a sketch if you want them, this is a buisness transaction + I want you to feel fufilled with the work you've paid for, Its not annoying, I promise!

Commission Process
What you can expect from the process when commissioning me:-Once I'm confirmed your order I'll DM you on whichever site you've listed info for just to let you know I've got the info and I'm happy to be going ahead with the work, this is mainly if you've commissioned through Ko-fi otherwise I would assume we'd already been talking via Dm about your art-Once I've got a sketch ready for your approval I will send it over via DM, This is the time for you to request any and all edits you may want changed. This can be as minor as "can you reposition the ears slightly or make the cheek fur fluffier" to "can we change the expression"Please note, if you asked for a specific pose or expression and then drastically want to change it then theres a good chance I resell the alternative sketch, generally speaking I don't like making HUGE edits if a theme, pose, expression etc has already been given.-I make the edits and send over the revised sketch if needed, if theres still things that need tweaking then we rinse and repeat this step.-Once the sketch has been confirmed entirely then I'll get onto finishing the art up, some artists will send flat colour confirmation but personally I don't do this-When I've finished the art I'll send all the finished files to you, if anything needs editing about the markings etc at this time thats totally fine and I will happily edit themI work on comms most days of the week, generally turn around is 1-4 weeks + I'm always aiming for the lower end of that. If you need a commission by a certain date please let me know in advance and I will see if I can get it done by then!Thanks 4 Reading :)
